Policies
Session payment must be made online in advance of your scheduled appointment. Each session is one hour, though extended sessions can be requested, if needed.
* RUNNING LATE – All appointments are subject to a 10-minute policy, as sessions cannot begin after 10 minutes into the scheduled time. If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, your session will need to be rescheduled. Late arrivals will forfeit the original payment and will be charged for any future appointments.
* CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY – If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, a cancellation will need to be made by phone or text message at least 24 hours prior to your session. Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. No-shows and late cancellations will forfeit the original payment and will be charged for any future appointments.
* INSURANCE CLAIMS – Insurance is not accepted by our office at this time. However, a detailed receipt (which includes necessary treatment and provider codes) can be provided for the client to submit a claim to their insurance company for a full or partial reimbursement. A compilation of all detailed receipts will be prepared and submitted to the client by the 15th day of the following month for a fee of $10 per month (regardless of number of sessions attended.)
